We collect the minimum we need to do our work, we don't sell or share data with marketers, and we don't retain customer data from your servers after handover.
Who we are
NEBULAWING LLC (“NebulaWing”, “we”, “us”) is a Wyoming limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we handle it.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to provide our services and operate the business.
- Contact information you provide by email (name, email address, message contents).
- Intake-form information (technical details about your environment, contacts for the engagement).
- Payment information processed by Stripe — we do not see or store full payment card numbers.
- Server access credentials you share with us for the deployment window only.
- Basic server-log information from our website host (IP address, user-agent, timestamps).
How we use it
We use this information to communicate with you, deliver the deployment, comply with our legal obligations, and operate the business. We do not sell your information, run behavioral advertising, or share data with marketers.
Cookies and analytics
Our website does not set tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics or advertising scripts. Strictly necessary first-party storage (for example, remembering preferences within the page) may be used but is not used to track you across sites.
Third parties we use
We use a small set of vendors strictly to operate the business. Each processes data only as required to provide its service.
- Stripe — payment processing and invoicing.
- Email and productivity providers used to communicate with you.
- Hosting and DNS providers used to operate this website.
Customer data on your servers
During the deployment window, we access your server(s) to install and verify the deployment. We do not extract, copy, or retain content from your servers. After handover, we revoke our access (or ask you to revoke it).
Any data your end users put into the deployed software lives on your infrastructure under your control — not ours.
How long we keep your information
We retain correspondence and engagement records for as long as needed to operate the business, comply with tax and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Where possible, we minimize what's kept beyond the active engagement.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time and may verify your identity before acting.
International transfers
We operate from the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where applicable, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; we do not guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page; the effective date is shown at the top.
