Matrix deployment

Federated, end-to-end-encrypted chat — running on your server.

We install a Matrix homeserver (Synapse or Conduit), set up Element Web, configure federation, and hand you the runbook. Three tiers: Basic, Standard, Advanced.

Garage S3 deployment

S3-compatible object storage — single node or distributed cluster.

We deploy Garage on your hardware: a single node for small use, a 3-node cluster for real durability, or a custom multi-site topology. S3 endpoint, TLS, buckets, the lot.

02 / METHODHow it works

Nine steps. Known before you pay.

Every engagement runs the same route — from pick-a-package through written handover. No surprises, no scope drift, no monthly invoice.

Choose a package

Pick the tier that fits your scope. If you're not sure, get in touch and we'll point you to the right one.

STEP 02

Pay via Stripe

Each tier links to a Stripe Payment Link. Card or supported payment methods — Stripe handles the rest.

STEP 03

Submit intake form

We'll send a short intake form: server details, domain, contact for the work window.

STEP 04

Requirements check

We verify your environment meets the requirements before any changes are made.

STEP 05

Deployment starts

We connect to the server you provisioned and install per the tier scope.

STEP 06

Verification checklist

We run the verification checklist for your tier — federation, TLS, replication, backups, whatever applies.

STEP 07

Handover notes

You receive a written runbook covering what was installed, where the config lives, and how to operate it.

STEP 08

Acceptance

You confirm the deployment meets the agreed scope.

STEP 09

Project closed

Engagement closes. The infrastructure is yours; you owe us nothing further.
