Submit intake form
We'll send a short intake form: server details, domain, contact for the work window.
Requirements check
We verify your environment meets the requirements before any changes are made.
Deployment starts
We connect to the server you provisioned and install per the tier scope.
Verification checklist
We run the verification checklist for your tier — federation, TLS, replication, backups, whatever applies.
Handover notes
You receive a written runbook covering what was installed, where the config lives, and how to operate it.
Acceptance
You confirm the deployment meets the agreed scope.
Project closed
Engagement closes. The infrastructure is yours; you owe us nothing further.
A few working days, in most cases.
From requirements check to handover, most Basic and Standard engagements complete inside a single working week. Advanced and multi-site engagements take longer — they involve more verification and often custom scope.
The biggest variable is customer responsiveness: how quickly DNS records propagate, how fast access credentials come back, whether SMTP or TURN providers are ready. We can't deploy ahead of the requirements being met.
